Key Responsibilities- Partner with our global technology and product leaders to understand their objectives and develop people strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate and partner with People COEs (Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Reward, People Operations, Employee Relations, etc.) to translate those people strategies into actions and initiatives.
- Leverage your keen eye for organizational effectiveness, design, and agility to enable our teams to scale.
- Identify opportunities and coach leaders to build a high-performing and highly engaged organization.
- Use data and instincts to identify areas to reinforce our culture and employee value proposition so that our employees are in an environment to be at their best.
- Lead and contribute to strategic people team programs and projects that reinforce our unique Simply Business culture.
- A people partner holding a role supporting technology and product teams in a fast-paced, high-growth, digital organization that has been rapidly scaling, ideally with a presence in both the UK and USA.
- Strong technical expertise in organizational design, talent management, talent development, data analysis, employee relations, and business consulting.
