About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Delivery Recruiter to join our Defence contracting team at Outsource UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering qualified candidates to our biggest Defence client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various sectors.
  • Identify and engage with candidates within your specialist market through our CRM, job boards, and industry-specific channels.
  • Promote Outsource UK as an employer of choice through social media, industry events, and community engagement.
  • Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Mid to senior-level recruiter with experience consistently filling Contract roles within the Aerospace, Defence, or Engineering industry.
  • Proactive approach with a passion for finding and securing top talent.
