Conservation Fundraising Specialist

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivating individuals to join our organization as Membership Advocates. In this role, you will connect with the community at various local venues and events, encouraging support for the Wildlife Trust through monthly contributions.

As a part-time advocate, you will benefit from the flexibility this position offers. Each day presents new opportunities as you engage with a variety of individuals and promote the vital initiatives undertaken by the Trust. Join us in making a meaningful impact, just like our advocate Anna B.
Working Hours:
- Part-time role, requiring three to four days each week, including weekends and holidays
- Six-hour shifts at different pre-arranged venues and events
- Permanent contract with set working days
Compensation and Benefits:
- Top performers can earn over £45,000 annually
- Average yearly salary of £25,000 based on a four-day work week
- Initial hourly rate of £14 for the first 60 days, then £11 per hour
- Quarterly bonus opportunities, career advancement prospects, pension plan, and additional benefits
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for travel
- Previous experience in sales or fundraising is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Willingness to work outdoors and engage with the public
Application Process:
- Applicants will undergo a phone interview followed by an in-person meeting with the Team Leader
- One-day paid orientation at our headquarters, followed by two days of on-site training
- Immediate start dates available with regular training sessions
