Employment Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and initiative-taking Employment Specialist to join our team at Aspire Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting unemployed customers with mental health and additional barriers to work in achieving employment and those currently off sick to return to the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of customers and provide personalized support to help them overcome barriers to employment.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support customers in achieving their employment goals.
- Work closely with customers, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful job placements.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor customer progress and adjust support plans as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in employment support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of mental health and additional barriers to work.
