Job Title: Civil and Infrastructure Engineer

Carrington West is seeking a skilled Civil and Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and feasibility studies for infrastructure projects
  • Design and develop detailed designs for civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
  • Assess the sustainability and environmental impact of projects, and develop strategies to mitigate flood risk and water quality issues
  • Coordinate site investigations and analyze data to inform project decisions
  • Manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Liaise effectively with architects, contractors, consultants, statutory authorities, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
  • BEng/MEng in Construction/Civil Engineering (preferably)
  • Experience with Microdrainage and/or Civils 3D software is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and technical skills
  • Ability to prepare technical reports, specifications, and sketches
  • Competent use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to think creatively to resolve design and development problems
