About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team at Moxy Aberdeen Airport. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-quality customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Be the first point of contact for our guests, answering internal and external calls and providing information about our hotel facilities and services.
  • Deal with general guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, and be flexible to meet the needs of our guests and the team.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in the service industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Good knowledge of hotel systems, such as Opera and/or Micros.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
  • Personal experience of travel and the travel industry.
