Job Title: Principal MEP Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal MEP Design Engineer to join our team at Atkore. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our MEP solutions.

About the Role:

The Principal MEP Design Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Leading complex projects embracing Modern Method of Construction (MMOC), Value Engineering (VE), and prefabricated services.
  • Designing and developing MEP solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of years of experience in MEP design and engineering.
  • Proven track record of project experience in Pharmaceutical, Data center, Renewables, and Infrastructure sectors.
  • Ability to interact in D environment.
  • Highly proficient in Inventor, Navisworks, and Revit.
  • Proficient with Ansys, Frame generator, and Nastran tools for stress analysis.
  • Excellent teamwork and project management skills, self-driven and accountable.
  • Innovative problem solver.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
