Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting efficient primary and secondary market processes in Invesco UCITS ETFs, managing market maker assignments, and developing digital infrastructure to enable and empower our Global ETF Capital Markets team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Promotion
    • Collaborate with the client and broker dealer community to promote Invesco UCITS ETFs
    • Develop and maintain relationships with market makers, APs, and Exchanges to improve client experience and reduce spreads
  • Digital Infrastructure
    • Develop and maintain digital infrastructure linking disparate data sets, including Bloomberg, custodian, and proprietary data points
    • Produce pre-trade analytics to assist clients in achieving their investment objectives
  • Marketing and Communications
    • Develop and maintain internal and external reports, scorecards, and associated Capital Markets databases
    • Write ETF-focused market insight pieces and trading research for both internal and external audiences
  • Business Development
    • Collaborate with internal working groups, including product development and research, to enhance new and existing products
    • Identify trends and root issues, and recommend solutions that support the company's business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the ETF industry
  • Understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and trading
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg
  • Italian and/or Spanish language skills preferred
  • Strong relationship building skills to build new and enhance existing relationships with the ETF client and broker dealer community
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse and interpret various market data and apply such information to their day-to-day activities
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Ability to conduct complex analysis and present data in a meaningful way
