Job Summary

Nuffield Health is seeking an experienced Wellbeing Lead to support the Fitness Manager in delivering high-quality fitness programmes and services at our Stoke Poges Fitness & Wellbeing Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Fitness Manager in developing and implementing fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
  • Manage the gym floor service, presentation, and maintenance to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Deliver fitness programmes, re-assessments, and Personal Best initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Support and champion express classes and 'Meet our Experts' sessions to promote a culture of wellness and fitness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and grow the fitness programme, including designing and managing group fitness classes.

Requirements

  • Hold either CIMSPA membership, Level 3 REPs, or equivalent.
  • Experience in designing and managing fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
  • Ability to teach studio programmes and support colleagues in their development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
