Key Responsibilities- Organize and manage the logistics of practical courses, including delegate registration, speaker coordination, and venue preparation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including veterinarians and nurses, to ensure seamless course delivery.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as sponsors and speakers, to promote and support future courses.
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to promote courses and increase delegate engagement.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of veterinary clinical skills and practical course delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
