About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals looking to join the British Army.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and online webchat
  • Update internal databases accurately and efficiently
  • Evaluate and escalate any issues or problems that may arise
  • Provide information to candidates regarding various stages of the recruitment process
  • Support team members as needed

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, either face-to-face or over the phone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to adapt to internal databases
  • Familiarity with army careers is an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a team environment and independently
  • Excellent communication skills
