Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing store profitability, while providing industry-leading service on the high street.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
    • Maintain customer retention by providing exceptional service.
    • Deal with customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
    • Drive consistency within the store team to achieve the highest service levels.
    • Have a strong understanding of customer satisfaction metrics and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Sales:
    • Ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
    • Analyze sales data to inform key business decisions.
    • Manage in-store displays and promotions to maximize sales.
    • Use data analytics to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Visual Merchandising:
    • Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
    • Ensure store displays and windows are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest visual merchandising trends and best practices.
  • Training and Development:
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Identify and develop high-potential team members for future leadership roles.
    • Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver training programs.

  • Proven retail management experience.
