Account Manager - Energy Sector

Utility People is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the energy sector. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales among client accounts, developing and maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
  • Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Forecast and track client account metrics
  • Manage client projects, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients
Requirements:
  • B2B Account management in an energy/utilities/broker/consultancy
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
  • The ability to work alone and take a lead when required
  • Able to adapt to the ever-changing environment and react quickly to meet challenges
