About the Role:

This is a part-time, permanent position with a 25-hour weekly commitment, working a 3 shifts in, 3 shifts off rolling shift pattern. The working hours will be between 03:45 am and 00:00 midnight, with a mix of AM and PM shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the bookshop and books team, ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting business objectives.
  • Unpack and sort book deliveries, pick and distribute stock, maintain stock levels, and arrange charts in all stores.
  • Lead and inspire the team to create a working environment that supports colleague development and achievement.
  • Support employee training and development, and motivate teams to deliver their best.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a culture of learning, support, and recognition.
Requirements:
