About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Manager to join our award-winning Marketing Team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our marketing strategy, working closely with our Director of Marketing and wider marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels to meet our adult and commercial programs' targets.
  • Manage Marketing Team: Line manage a Graphic Designer, Web & Digital Marketing Executive, and Marketing and Event Apprentice to create a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Campaign Performance: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance to ensure excellent return on investment.
  • Content Creation: Develop relevant and appealing content to engage our target audiences.
Requirements
  • Marketing Degree or Equivalent: Possess a degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • CIM / IDM Qualification or Substantial Experience: Hold a CIM or IDM qualification or have significant relevant experience in marketing.
  • English GCSE at Grade B / 6 or Higher: Achieve a grade B or higher in English GCSE.
  • Digital and Social Media Marketing Expertise: Possess expertise in digital and social media marketing.
  • Integrated Marketing Plans and Design: Experience in developing integrated marketing plans and design.
