Marketing Project Manager - Product Launch

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to lead the launch of new products, services, and solutions in the North America Region. As a key member of the North America Marketing Operations & Planning team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, working across Philips businesses, and partnering with Region Functional Leads to ensure overall North America Region readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams for prioritized launch projects, driving Region requirements, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Champion the customer experience and be the voice of the Region, partnering with NA Region Quality, Commercial Operations, and Service & Solution delivery teams to support launch projects.
  • Coach Business Marketing Managers on how to lead smaller launch projects and create launch deliverables, delivering launch training to BMMs and Region teams as needed.

Marketing Planning & Execution:

  • Responsible for marketing planning, project management, and program execution efforts in the Region.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing Operations & Security on the annual marketing planning process.
  • Collaborate with Business Marketing, North America Marketing, and Digital Center of Excellence teams to project manage key initiatives and activate campaigns in the region.
  • Create and maintain the local marketing calendar based on the Health Systems Marketing Plan, AOP enablers, and business objectives, including omnichannel activation.

Marketing Excellence and Performance:

  • Responsible for driving new marketing ways of working in the Region.
  • Champion simplification and continuous improvement with the deployment of guided flexible processes and marketing tools as applicable.
  • Be a key contact point for NA Marketing team for driving marketing excellence in the Region.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing program execution and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA preferred.
  • Experience in launching products, solutions, and SaaS offerings within healthcare or medical technology.
  • Proven track record of leading virtual cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
