About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solar Regional Manager to lead our regional solar operations team in Brighton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving regional growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a regional strategy that aligns with company goals, including resource management, project throughput, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 2-4 multi-skilled team leaders as well as a team of sales and onboarding specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Take ownership of the customer journey from customer enquiry, through sales to post-sale onboarding to installation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Drive the achievement of key performance metrics, including sales, installation throughput, team satisfaction, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure all solar installations meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Experience in driving operational efficiency, managing resources effectively, and delivering results in a high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decisions, optimise processes, and track performance metrics.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
