About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Insights and HRIS Lead to join our People and Culture team at the Royal Society of Chemistry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the management, development, and integration of our new HRIS (Workday) system.
  • Develop and maintain workforce planning capabilities and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Shape and optimise the organisation's people strategy with data insights and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Identify and report on workforce risks, and support risk mitigation strategies with data insights.
  • Develop workforce analytics models and metrics, recommend data collection and analytics tools, and ensure data quality and security.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday technology and expertise in applying it within a global organisation.
  • Problem-solving abilities and ability to deal with complex and varied problems.
  • Vendor management skills and ability to lead conversations with external vendors.
  • Proactive approach and ability to identify opportunities to derive value and identify potential technology issues.
  • Strong influencing skills to drive initiatives and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Planning and project management skills, including managing time well and recognising priorities.
  • Good communication skills and ability to communicate across cultures at all levels.
