Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to work on the global roll-out of our newly implemented HRIS and ATS systems, providing accurate and timely HR information and reporting services to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the global implementation of HRIS and ATS systems
  • Provide HR information and reporting services to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement people systems throughout the employee life cycle
  • Optimize HRIS, streamline processes, and use data to drive key decisions
  • Work closely with providers to resolve technical challenges
