At HFH Healthcare, we provide specialist nurse-led services to adults and children in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Our team works in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams to deliver complex care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work with one client per shift, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including tracheostomy and ventilation care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist with tracheostomy and ventilation care, including suctioning and changing tubes
  • Administer medications and perform other clinical tasks as required
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Previous experience in healthcare, preferably in a complex care setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
