Job Description

This role is located in our Warehouse in Kilmarnock, Scotland

Purpose of Role:

Assist Head of Supply Chain and Distribution to ensure that the Stock Integrity function effectively achieves its primary objectives. Maintain the accuracy of the stock figures across the business, ensuring proper processes and controls are followed. Assist with the operational and stock control components of internal stock movements throughout the business. Act as first point of contact for Stock Integrity related issues for both internal and external business parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control daily branch transfer collections for stores
  • Organise collections. - Investigate any failed collections.
  • Resolve discrepancies.
  • Organise bulk collections.
  • Chase outstanding IBT's with stores and departments
  • Investigate non-delivered IBT's through to resolution or carrier claim.
  • Resolve store delivery queries.
  • Control Selfridges online stock integrity
  • Investigate and resolve stock delivery discrepancies.
  • Ensure stock received onto Midas to facilitate invoicing of goods.
  • Organise returns.
  • Assist audit team with the audits
  • Processing stock adjustment on system (currently Midas) for whole business and keep accurate records.
  • Store delivery volume pre-alerts for critical stores to ensure correct Fedex vehicle capacity and store staffing.
  • Process MTO supplier delivery shortages through to credit.
  • Chase missing cartons from deliveries raised by store with the appropriate carrier until resolved.
  • Report and claim for lost in transit store deliveries.
  • Assist audit team where required to investigate discrepancies resulting from audits across the business and process the subsequent adjustments.

Requirements:
  • 1 years' relevant experience.
