Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Secure Children's Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to children and young people in a secure setting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide individualized support and guidance to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  3. Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each individual are met.
  4. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's overall strategy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by children and young people in secure settings.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.Experience of working with children and young people in a secure setting, or a related field.A commitment to delivering high-quality support and guidance, with a focus on promoting positive outcomes.
