We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Office Manager to join our team at Agility Resourcing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and management of the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely completion of period-end processes, and supervising a team of two staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the finance function and take responsibility for the accurate completion of period-end processes, including reconciliation and investigation of balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare and report on aged debt and cash flow forecast per business unit.
- Supervise two staff members, including a Credit Controller and Payroll Assistant.
- Prepare the monthly management pack per business unit, including P&L, Balance sheet, and Budget.
- Manage sales and purchase ledger functions, including banking and company credit cards.
- Post all bank receipts and payments to Sage, reconcile bank accounts, and chase invoices/receipts for payment as required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
