Position Overview

The Child Maintenance Service (CMS) is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the CMS team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that financial support reaches children from separated families. Your role will involve:

  • Engaging with clients and partner organizations primarily through telephone communication.
  • Maintaining professionalism and resilience in challenging situations.
  • Gathering and analyzing information from various sources to make informed decisions regarding child maintenance obligations.
  • Facilitating negotiations for child maintenance agreements and payments.
  • Ensuring compliance with payment schedules and communicating the implications of non-compliance.
  • Implementing enforcement actions when necessary.
