Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding team at West Berkshire Council. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other specialists to provide group-based interventions to families, utilizing the Family Safeguarding Model.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with families to identify and address their needs, using a strengths-based approach and motivational interviewing techniques.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide holistic support to children and families, taking a comprehensive view of their development needs.
- Access high-quality reflective supervision to strengthen information sharing and decision-making.
- Hold a recognized Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
- Have a current driving license and use of a car.
