Role: AI Portfolio Director

As QA's AI Portfolio Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning through artificial intelligence. You will lead our portfolio of AI-powered learning solutions, driving strategic growth and innovation within this dynamic field.

  • Strategic Leadership: Define, communicate, and implement the overarching vision and strategy for our AI Portfolio, ensuring alignment with QA's overall business objectives.
  • Product Development: Spearhead the development of innovative learning products powered by AI. This includes defining requirements, crafting compelling solution overviews, and developing persuasive investment cases to bring new products to market and enhance existing offerings.
  • Business Development: Actively contribute to sales and pre-sales activities, including client meetings, proposal development, bid submissions, presentations, and technical case studies. Leverage your expertise to position QA's AI solutions as industry leaders.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a recognized expert in the field of AI within the learning and development sector. Champion our brand at industry events, conferences, and public speaking engagements. Contribute thought-provoking content through blogs, articles, and participation in external forums.

  • You possess extensive experience within the learning and development industry, with a deep understanding of current trends and best practices.
  • You are recognized as a leading voice in the AI industry, possessing a strong grasp of its capabilities and potential applications within education and training.
  • You excel at stakeholder management, effectively communicating with C-suite executives and external business leaders.
  • You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for diverse audiences.
