We are pleased to announce a vacancy for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a prominent facilities management organization.

This role encompasses a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple sites, focusing on ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and reactive maintenance across various disciplines.
  • Perform building repairs including:
    • Brickwork: Addressing wall repairs.
    • Flooring: Fixing vinyl and ceramic tiles.
    • External Areas: Managing car park and yard maintenance.
    • Roller Shutters: Executing annual maintenance and urgent repairs.
    • Painting and Decorating: Carrying out minor painting tasks.
    • Plumbing and Drainage: Addressing plumbing issues as needed.

Qualifications Required:

  • A Building Trade qualification (NVQ/C&G).
  • A valid driving license, as this is a mobile position.
