We are currently on the lookout for Multi-skilled Facilities Maintenance Technicians to support a commercial facility on a temporary basis. The selected individual will collaborate with the on-site maintenance team to execute both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
What We Offer:
A competitive hourly compensation package, reflecting your skills and experience.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Lighting tasks including small installations, fault diagnosis, and lamp replacements.
- Conducting emergency lighting inspections.
- Managing AHU/FCU maintenance, including filter replacements.
- Overseeing control panel operations.
- Replacing ballasts as necessary.
- Monitoring BMS systems for temperature regulation.
- Performing all aspects of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Keeping maintenance logs updated.
- Handling plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets.
- Maintaining pumps and motors.
- Qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing disciplines - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (17th/18th edition for electrical).
- Ability to provide proof of trade qualifications.
- A solid background in commercial building maintenance.
- Multi-skilled with strong communication abilities.
- Client-facing experience is essential.
- Must be available to start immediately or at short notice.
