COINS/ERP Project Coordinator Opportunity

Prestigious opportunity with an International Property development company for an experienced Project Coordinator for our COINS/ERP solutions. Based in our Wilmslow offices, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our digital transformation team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the COINS Business Support Manager and external Consultants in delivering COINS/ERP solutions.
  • Identify and deliver targeted training to head office and regional COINS users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to utilize the system effectively.
  • Coordinate scoping and training sessions with staff and external consultants as required, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Track the implementation of parameter settings, agreed actions, and application of training content, maintaining focus on project milestones.
  • Monitor the overall delivery programme, ensuring momentum is sustained and project goals are met.
  • Participate in Steering Committee meetings, providing updates and insights on project progress.
  • Support the acquisition, implementation, and adoption of complimentary third-party applications, plug-ins, or APIs to enhance real-time reporting of business critical KPIs and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Group's IT department to ensure COINS remains secure, connected, and well-supported at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in supporting an ERP system implementation.
  • Knowledge of COINS or the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Understanding of project management techniques and methodology required to make a project successful.
  • Data analysis skills and experience in data reporting and processing.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and proactively resolve issues practically.
  • Exceptional communication skills, focused on building and maintaining relevant internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to organize workloads effectively and efficiently, with minimal supervision.
