Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to take on a new challenge in the residential construction industry? We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Bowdon Associates Ltd.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential construction projects, from cost control and coordination to installation and delivery. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential construction projects from start to finish
  • Oversee cost control and coordination to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in residential construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving license and own transport
