Family Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Solicitor to handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
  • Draft legal documents, petitions, motions, and agreements
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified solicitor with experience in family law
  • Commercial awareness and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Desirable: experience in business development and client relationship management, membership of relevant professional bodies
