About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our busy family department in Bolton or Bury. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in divorce and finance, as well as children law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run a caseload of divorce, finance, and children files
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Undertake a mix of Legal Aid and Private Family work
  • Use CCMS and have a sound understanding of legal aid criteria
