About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our busy team in Bolton or Bury. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of divorce, finance, and children files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run your own private caseload and work independently
  • Undertake a mix of Legal Aid and Private Family work in all areas, with a focus on private family work
  • Use CCMS and have a sound understanding of legal aid criteria
