Job Title: Trainer Assessor

We are seeking an experienced Trainer Assessor to join our team at Trafford College Group. As a Trainer Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality apprenticeships and work-based training to local employers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be required to deliver training and assessment to a cohort of learners, providing on-programme support and completing tripartite progress review meetings with the employer and apprentice.

About You:

We are looking for a suitably qualified individual with occupational experience within the Building Services sector. You will need to have relevant occupational qualifications at L4 or above, Maths and English at level 2, and Assessor qualifications (or a willingness to work towards). Excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, and outstanding organisational skills are also essential.
