About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Handler to join our team at Davies Group. As a key member of our counter-fraud division, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing fraudulent insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files on behalf of insurance clients, working closely with claims handlers and lead lawyers.
  • Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of evidence to inform case strategy and identify opportunities for litigation.
  • Develop and implement effective case management plans to achieve the best possible results for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless case progression and timely resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise in fraud investigation and litigation.
Requirements
  • Experience in civil litigation claims handling or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • High level of commercial awareness and understanding of insurance litigation practices and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
