About the Role

The Regenda Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Sound Check programme, a collaborative initiative between The Learning Foundry and Future Yard CIC. As Head of Sound Check, you will be responsible for strategically managing the partnership and driving the delivery of high-quality education and skills programmes in the live music sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sound Check delivery partnership team in raising and maintaining a high Quality of Education in alignment with OFSTED Education Inspection Framework.
  • Manage the inspiring and engaging programmes for young people and adults, developing their skills, knowledge, and behaviours to progress into employment or further training/education.
  • Drive continuous improvement to deliver sustainable, profitable growth of Sound Check, aligning with the values, strategic objectives, goals, and aspirations of both The Learning Foundry and Future Yard CIC.
  • Build and maintain long and trusted relationships between organisations, leveraging excellent partnership skills.
  • Produce reports and presentations, utilising excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Work as part of a team, making decisions confidently, and possessing strong performance management skills.
  • Collate data and statistics, requiring strong IT skills.
