About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Night Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to a group of six individuals with learning disabilities who reside together in a shared home.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide medication administration support, ensuring accuracy and adherence to schedules.
  • Facilitate daily activities and encourage social engagement, such as attending local events or participating in hobbies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and finances.
  • Collaborate with the landlord to address any maintenance or tenancy issues.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in providing personal care support is preferred but not required.
