About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs, including autism.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care needs, including manual handling and medication administration
  • Support individuals with complex needs, including autism
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of care
  • Liaise with the landlord and other professionals as needed

Requirements

  • Passionate, caring, and enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to supporting people with complex needs
  • Flexible and patient with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate good physical and mental stamina
