As a Research Project Leader, you will play a critical role in leading projects from lead identification to clinical candidate selection, driving the discovery of novel Bicycle molecules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop project plans, lead multidisciplinary teams, and establish inflection points for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic Planning: Define and execute lead identification and optimization strategies, driving urgency across project teams to deliver timely data-driven recommendations.
