Job Title: Independent Financial Advisor Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Independent Financial Advisor Administrator. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our financial advisors and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our financial advisors, including processing new and existing business, preparing compliance documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with client communications, including responding to queries and providing information to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all files and documents are compliant with our company's policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties to obtain information and quotes.
  • Report any breaches or complaints to the Admin Manager.
Requirements:
  • Financial Services experience, preferably in an IFA administration role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in desktop applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
