We are partnering with a reputable charity organisation in West Yorkshire to recruit a Workforce EDI & Culture Lead on a temporary three-month contract. The day rate is negotiable based on experience.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have good EDI awareness across the spectrum and ideally have a public sector background. Key responsibilities include:
- Launching a comprehensive staff survey on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and organisational culture using the Edgecome platform
- Coordinating the survey launch process, engaging with staff members, and providing necessary support throughout the survey period
- Collaborating with senior management to review survey results, analysing data, and identifying key trends and insights
- Conducting an in-depth analysis of the Gender Pay Gap Report and working with senior leaders to interpret the data
- Reviewing the GDP EDI data report and overseeing its launch across the organisation
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process for 20 interns, including reviewing candidate profiles and assigning them to departments
- Coordinating with culture champions to facilitate a supportive and inclusive environment for interns
The successful candidate will have:
- Good and up-to-date EDI knowledge
- Ability to drive initiatives forward
This role offers:
