About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
  • Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and effective care environment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.

About You:

We are looking for a Registered General Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively as part of a team. You will have a recognized qualification as a Registered General Nurse, valid and current NMC registration, and a positive attitude towards delivering exceptional care.
