About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individualised care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

About You:

We are looking for a Registered General Nurse with a recognised qualification, valid NMC registration, and a compassionate nature. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to lead a team, and demonstrate a flexible work ethic.
