We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical pharmacist to join our team as an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist and Teacher Practitioner. This role will provide an opportunity to develop your pharmacy career and contribute to the education and training of the future pharmacy workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undergraduate Clinical Pharmacy Teaching: Provide and develop undergraduate clinical pharmacy teaching at Liverpool John Moores University, working closely with the university's faculty and staff.
- Advanced Clinical Pharmacy Service: Provide a safe and effective advanced clinical pharmacy service to the directorate of Elderly Care, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Non-Medical Prescribing Services: Provide non-medical prescribing services to surgical clinical areas, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Clinical/Medicines Management Training: Assist the Lead Clinical Pharmacist – Education and Training in providing clinical/medicines management training to healthcare professionals.
