Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our customers, promoting company-wide campaigns, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to create a positive and welcoming shop atmosphere.
    • Identify opportunities to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Campaign Promotion
    • Ensure company-wide campaigns are effectively promoted to our customers.
    • Communicate campaign details and benefits to customers.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Ensure accurate settlement and payment of winning bets.
  • Competitor Monitoring
    • Monitor the activity of our competitors to ensure we remain competitive.
    • Identify opportunities to improve our services and offerings.
  • Health and Safety
    • Take all necessary steps to provide a safe working environment.
    • Report any health and safety concerns to management.
  • Delegation
    • Deputise for the Branch Manager in their absence.
    • Take on additional responsibilities as required.
