Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail team in Romford. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers find their dream bed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, using our market-leading sleep technology to recommend the perfect mattress and bedding solutions.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring all displays are updated and visually appealing.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals.
