About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team as a key leader in overseeing and coordinating all electrical construction activities on-site. This role involves managing a team of electrical supervisors and electricians, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of electrical supervisors and electricians to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee and coordinate all electrical construction activities on-site
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's capabilities
  • Work closely with other disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical construction industry
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
  • 2391 Inspection and Testing certification (or equivalent)
  • ECS Gold Card holder
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in SharePoint and Excel
  • Expertise in the installation, operation, and maintenance of GPS
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects involving GPS
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on-site
  • Flexibility to work on multiple sites across the project, with occasional travel as required
  • Full UK driving license
