About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join our team at Alstom. As an EHS Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting multiple projects within our organization, ensuring compliance with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide EHS support and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop control measures to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Monitor and report on EHS performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead and coordinate project accident investigations, near misses, and close calls.
  • Develop and implement EHS training programs for project teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced EHS professional with a strong background in risk management, occupational health and safety, and environmental health and safety. You will have a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, and experience working with ISO14001, ISO45001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
