We are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join our team at Alstom Transport UK Ltd. As an EHS Advisor, you will play a key role in maintaining Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) compliance across all projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and guidance to project teams on all aspects of EHS, including risk assessments and associated controls.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance, including KPIs and other indicators.
- Lead and coordinate project accident investigations and near misses.
- Manage close calls and ensure corrective actions are closed out adequately.
- Support project traffic management plans and induction processes.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and suppliers on EHS matters.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience of working with ISO14001, ISO45001, and OHSAS/HSG 65 standards.
- Knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation and railway-specific standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
