Our client, a non-profit organisation, is seeking a confident and dynamic individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Tewkesbury.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and understanding their needs to best align the services available to them.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide sales support, offering help and guidance in an efficient and positive way
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research
- Research potential clients, generate leads, and build successful relationships
- Maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance
- Utilise the CRM database and Microsoft Office packages to support administrative processes
- Support others internally and externally in delivering the aims of the business
- Suggest improvements to the process from collating customer feedback
- Regularly report on business development activities and sales performance
- Previous experience within a customer focussed environment
- Ability to promote the organisation in a friendly way
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong use of MS Office, with an ability to learn to use a bespoke database
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
